Smothered Chicken

Ingredients:
4-6 Chicken Breasts (one for each person)
Yoshida's
Bell peppers (different colors if possible)
Onion
Shredded cheese (enough for top of chicken)
Bacon (to sprinkle on top)

Directions:
Marinate chicken breasts in Yoshidas for a few hours. Then grill the breasts. While those are grilling, julienne bell peppers and onion. Sautee in olive oil and add salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Meanwhile, cut bacon into small thin strips (cutting horizontally is an easy way) and fry bacon strips. Once the chicken is grilled, place on a baking sheet and top with bell pepper and onion mixture. Add cheese and bacon on top. Broil in oven until cheese is melted.
